Welcome to The Stripey Badger Coffee Shop & Kitchen.

We’re lucky enough to occupy a small corner of the Yorkshire Dales in the stunning village of Grassington. A popular place to visit with many local attractions and superb walks on offer, whichever way you look. We are a family run business, employing local people and using locally sourced products. A great place to take a break and admire the view, with outdoor seating to make the most of the fresh air. We offer an extensive menu, freshly prepared with a wide range of homemade cakes and desserts on offer.
Outdoor Catering
If you are hosting a special event, whether it’s a birthday party, an anniversary celebration or a christening or funeral, we would be pleased to offer our services. Providing everything from buffet style selections, finger food and nibbles or whatever you decide. We would be happy to help.
We enjoy using locally sourced produce, meats and fresh salads. Together with Jacqui’s renowned homemade cakes. Delivery and collection is all included.

Our coffee roasts ensure that the beans used in our award winning coffee blend are sourced from farms and cooperatives that are focused on a better future for their workers and communities. Having been awarded previous “Great Taste Awards”.
Giving a great balance with a dense smooth body. A combination of 50% brazilian and 50% colombian beans, all that is left is to enjoy!
Take Aways
If you are out walking the Dales or enjoying a visit to our village then we offer our visitors a full take away service. From a breakfast in a box to hot and cold sandwiches, or just a slice of cake. If it is on the menu then it is available to take away.

For that special occasion why not treat someone you care about to one of our coffee shop vouchers. Available for any amount, for coffee & cake, cream teas, or our gorgeous afternoon teas.

Cherry Tree Preserves
We also stock a range of Cherry Tree Preserves.
Cherry Tree has won numerous Good Taste Awards for their products. In our kitchen we use spicy tomato and caramelised onion chutney to accompany our signature ploughmans.
The Strawberry extra Jam is a winner with homemade cream teas and on toast the Orange Marmalade is very appealing.
